The staff was fantastic and efficient, and the room was of high quality; the pool was great, and they served gluten-free breakfast with porridge, orange juice, and cereals available.

The employees are efficient and fantastic friendly.

All in all, it's pleasant place that has really good and very welcoming staff who seemed unclear how to do their job or provide a good service. Make sure you stay in the twin room with drinks and a queen size bed.

Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

This venue is spotless, the staff are incredibly helpful, and you can enjoy beautiful river views from here, with a great location that's convenient for the Sec Armadillo Auditorium.

best base for 4 nights with incredibly helpful stuff from reception to the housekeepers. plenty of meals for breakfast, including cereals and fruit. wonderful and incredible location extremely close to the sse hydro.

The hotel's location was perfect outside to the city center. I visited Rotunda Bar and Diner next door to the venue for a few drinks.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. The hotel suite was of a high standard. The free mini bar, flat screen cable TV, and coffee were very useful amenities. The gluten-free breakfast each morning was a great touch. The location near Central Station and a short drive from Ibrox Stadium was unbeatable.

The location was perfect within walking distance of the science centre. Loved the king suite overlooking the river.

Nicely appointed brand-new hotel for 4 nights in Glasgow. Plenty of above average and gluten free breakfast options. The rooms with a view to the Clyde. Patient staff, fast check-in, and amazing bar. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location - minutes from Sec Armadillo Auditorium.

I liked that when I phoned the reception to help me make my partners birthday he helped me with an upgrade and arranged beer for the room I was so excited

The restaurant ruined everything my plan of making it special was a disaster we booked a meal for 7.30pm and it took 2.5 hours to receive our meal.... the waiter couldn't speak alot of English and obviously had no training on how to serve a table...

This hotel is a modern and relaxing place located in a great area close to the exhibition center, museums, and other attractions in the North West district.

Location perfect for the Hydro. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, will definitely be back.

Time taken to check in but being busy is a good thing.
